- • Real-time collaboration and sharing
User Accounts
Account Creation
- • Provide accurate and complete information
- • Must be at least 16 years old
- • One account per person
- • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- • Valid email address required for account verification
Your Responsibility
- • Responsible for all account activities
- • Notify us of unauthorized access immediately
- • Keep account information current and accurate
- • Accounts may be suspended for Terms violations
Acceptable Use

- • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
- • Create false, misleading, or defamatory content
- • Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our service
- • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
- • You retain full ownership of all resume content you create
- • You grant us limited license to process, store, and display your content
- • You're responsible for content accuracy and legal compliance
- • You can export or delete your content at any time
- • We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
Our Content
- • CVPilot owns all platform software, AI algorithms, and templates
- • Our brand name, logos, and design elements are protected
- • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary content
- • Third-party integrations subject to respective terms
AI-Generated Content
- • AI suggestions are generated by DeepSeek, OpenAI, and other providers
- • AI recommendations are suggestions, not guaranteed outcomes
- • Final responsibility for resume content remains with you
- • AI-generated content provided "as-is" without warranties
- • We continuously improve AI accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection
Payment and Billing
Free Tier
- • Core features available at no cost
- • Usage limits apply to prevent abuse
- • Limits may be adjusted with reasonable notice
- • Free tier includes basic templates and exports
Premium Features
- • Premium features require paid subscription
- • Advanced AI features and premium templates
- • Monthly/yearly billing with auto-renewal
- • Cancel anytime through account settings
Payment Security
- • All payments processed securely via Stripe
- • We don't store your payment information
- • Prices subject to applicable taxes and fees
- • Refunds handled per our refund policy

Termination
